Techniques and Approaches

Logical Interventions works with couples, individuals, and groups; applying evidence-based interventions designed to optimize the number of sessions required to attain your goals. These interventions include:

• PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy): An experiential form of therapy designed to help you work together instead of against each other. During sessions, your therapist will observe and guide your interactions, highlighting problematic patterns, while helping you correct them.  You’ll become an expert on each other. You’ll learn each others’ languages so you won’t have to guess at hidden meanings. You’ll understand how to communicate without fighting or avoiding each other. You’ll work toward a relationship that provides fun, freedom, and security.

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): This technique helps you process trauma so you can gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Adlerian Therapy: Identify your life’s meaning and discover a sense of purpose and belonging.

• Communication/Skills Coaching: Develop the skills required to communicate clearly and manage conflict.
